This term we have been researching Olympic sports. We found out when our chosen sports were included in the Olympics, which countries won, what skills an athlete needs to be competitive, how the scoring works for our chosen sport, and where the sport was held. We also had to say why we chose to research that sport. Here are some examples of our info boards....
The creative activity for this term involved designing some events for an "Animal Olympics."
We used kidpix to present these. (These are not yet completed but will appear on this blog soon).
